Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic

Peel the garlic cloves and dry them thoroughly to remove any moisture. This helps in increasing the shelf life of the pickle.


Step 2: Dry Roasting Spices

In a pan, dry roast mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds until they become aromatic.

Allow them to cool and grind them into a fine powder.


Step 3: Tempering the Garlic
